Der Zahn der Zeit hatte auch bei diesem Wohnmobil seine Spuren hinterlassen. Das für den Ausbau verwendete Material hatte durch Belastung, Feuchtigkeit und natürlich die Nutzung der zwei Stufen des seitlichen Eingangs mächtig gelitten. Der Eingang sollte erneuert werden.
Zuerst wurde der komplette Eingangsbereich entfernt und geprüft, welche Elemente der Konstruktion ersetzt oder noch verwendet werden können. Die Teile der Unterkonstruktion wurden aufgearbeitet und bilden nun die Grundlage für die Neukonstruktion.
Neuaufbau der Stufen
Weiter wurde Form und Bogen abgenommen. Wir haben mit unserer CNC-Maschine nach einem zuvor angefertigten Modell die Radien für die Stufen gefertigt. Wie die Maschine genau diese Teile fertigt, können Sie sich auf YouTube unter folgendem Link anschauen. Eine neue Unterkonstruktion wurde entworfen und eingepasst.
Als alle Teile, teils von Hand hergestellt, fertig waren, ging es an die Montage. Jetzt kann man wieder problemlos in den Camper ein- und aussteigen.
